It was time to teach Nick, Nora, and Emily what is required to manufacture and market a product. There happened to be a local Holiday fair the following month. She learned the recipe from her sister-in-law Berta, who had the recipe in her family for several years. We then shared the recipe with friends and demonstrated the manufacturing process. They tried and tried and were not able to get the same results. Knowing we had a unique recipe and a very difficult product to manufacture we introduced our product at the Holiday Market and the rest is history. We decided to pursue our place in the candy world as well as keeping the learning experience alive for our children. All the toffee is handmade in small batches from the finest, freshest, and most natural ingredients.
